Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We’re a small, independent sticker shop and we put real care into every order we send out. Please read through our shipping policy so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia only. We’re not able to accept international orders at this stage.

2. Processing Time

All orders are packed and dispatched by hand. Please allow:

  • 1–3 business days for standard in-stock orders to be processed and packed
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 5–8 business days
  • Remote areas: up to 10 business days

These are estimates provided by our selected delivery service and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur, especially during busy periods like Christmas.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. We aim to keep postage as affordable as possible.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

If you haven’t received a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, please get in touch with us.

6. Damaged or Lost Orders

Damaged items

We package all orders carefully, but sometimes things happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund. We’re not able to offer replacements for damage reported more than 7 days after delivery.

Lost parcels

If your tracking shows your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, or if your parcel appears to be stuck in transit, please:

  • Wait 2 additional business days as parcels are sometimes marked delivered early
  • Check with neighbours or your building’s parcel area
  • Contact us if it’s still missing! We’ll lodge an enquiry with our selected delivery service on your behalf

7. Returns & Refunds

Because our stickers are small and low-cost items, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns. However, we do want you to be happy with your purchase!

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrived damaged (see Section 6 above)
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order never arrived and has been confirmed lost

We are unable to offer returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong design or quantity
  • Delays caused by Australia Post

To start a return or refund request, please email us with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll get back to you within 2 business days.

8. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you’ve made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we may be able to update it before dispatch.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll reach out to arrange redelivery. Additional postage costs will apply.
